A service contract. You pay a monthly flat that includes hardware, sensors, edge GPU, software updates, maintenance, spares and battery. No CapEx, no hidden line items.

24 months minimum. After the term, the contract auto-renews 12 months at a time with 3 months notice. Longer commitments unlock up to −8 percent term discount, combinable with volume up to a total of −20 percent.

Yes. Every contract carries a 14-operating-day pilot clause at €0 risk. You can return without giving a reason. We bill only the operating days actually used, and dismantle the unit ourselves.

48 hours from contract signature in standard cases. Sales DACH replies within one working day, on-site survey is the same week, calibration and patrol-route configuration on the day of delivery.

Edge AI classifies the anomaly in milliseconds and sends an alert via your channel of choice — SMS, Email, WhatsApp Business API, Telegram, Signal or voice call — within 60 seconds. Direct live-camera access included. Response stays with you, or with sister Darlot if you contract full-service.

QR-2 is IP65 with thermal plus LiDAR plus radar fusion. It patrols through fog, snow, rain, glare and heat. Under extreme weather it returns to the charging station automatically and resumes once conditions normalise. On sensor failure a safety stop kicks in.

Maintenance, spares and battery are included. SLA on hardware failure: Premium 24 h on-site, Pro and Basis 72 h. Vandalism and theft are covered via your operating liability and our product liability.

We act as processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Before deployment we sign a DPA and provide a model DPIA plus signage templates. Biometric identification is disabled by default. Recordings without an event are deleted within 48 to 72 hours.

Yes. The KRITIS-Dachgesetz (Bundestag-Drucksache 20/9262) and NIS-2 (Directive 2022/2555) require state-of-the-art autonomous detection. Our pre-defined security concept aligns with both. Annual audit reports include incident statistics, response times, KPIs.

Yes, as a high-risk AI system from August 2026. Our detections come with a documented reasoning path that satisfies Art. 13 transparency obligations. Audit-defensible against insurers, BSI and trade associations.

CE Machinery Regulation 2023/1230, EN ISO 13482 (personal-care robots safety), TLS 1.3 uplink, payload encrypted at rest. Edge GPU compute keeps sensitive data on-device by default.
